Service Description

Yoga is a holistic system of ancient teachings that has evolved over time and extended into Western society. It helps us to live with more compassion, a sustained state of well-being and improved physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health. It is a journey of self-exploration and self-realisation, and there's so much to explore on the way! Take your first steps here, with Rebecca guiding you to connect with your greatest intuitive teacher - yourself. You will learn enough in one session to be able to attend a yoga class in person with confidence, openness and curiosity. You will learn about asanas (postures), pranayama (breath work), meditation, the energy body and the full holistic practice of yoga. You will be sent an email with a summary and further relevant information following the session. Suitable for 1-2 people, dependent on your space. Please use a suitable yoga mat to prevent injuries. Rebecca will contact you by mobile phone in advance of the session to set up the online call. Discounts are available on block bookings. Email for enquiries. Recommendations for all online yoga sessions: use a non-slip mat, wear comfortable clothing, be fully hydrated and don't practice within 3 hours of eating. Please discuss with your healthcare professional if you have any health conditions, concerns, or you are post-surgery, post-partum, pregnant or breast-feeding.
